MISSY TRULOCK
movement specialist

Missy Trulock was first introduced to color guard when she attended L.D. Bell High School in Hurst, TX. Her drum corps experience includes two seasons with Phantom Regiment (2006-2007) where she performed the featured role of Marguerite in their 2006 production “Faust”. She has also performed with Zydeco Independent World (2008-2009), and Ars Nova Independent Open (2007).

Missy began her movement training in gymnastics at the age of three, where she became a competitive gymnast. She then continued her dance training at Rhythm Nations Studio in Euless, TX where she studied modern dance, ballet, and jazz. A graduate of Indiana University Contemporary Dance Program, Missy has worked with many professional artists including Connie Dinopoli, Nai-Ni Chen, Liz Lerman, David Parsons, David Hochoy, and Sandra Koffman during her studies.

Missy has choreographed and taught movement for many High School programs across the country including L.D. Bell High School (Hurst, TX), Broken Arrow High School (Broken Arrow, OK), and Ben Davis High School (Indianapolis, IN). She has also choreographed internationally with Kadoudal Drum and Bugle Corps in Quiberon, France. She currently works with Aledo High School (Aledo, TX) and Bentonville High School (Bentonville, AR). Missy resides in Bedford, Texas.
