Kelsey Gleason began her drum corps career at The Blue Knights in 1997, playing in the pit percussion. The following year she made the transition to color guard and performed with The Cadets from 1998-2003, serving as captain her final three years.

After taking a summer off to finish up school she returned to drum corps teaching with the Madison Scouts in 2005 and 2006.  The summer of 2008 brought her to the Phantom Regiment where she first began teaching with Adam Sage. In 2010, Kelsey assisted at both The Glassmen and Carolina Crown.

Kelsey currently teaches mathematics at McKinney Boyd High School in McKinney, Texas, a suburb just north of Dallas.
